📋 Description

• We are looking for a Thermal Mechanical Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Thermal Mechanical Engineering Manager. • Lead the design and development of innovative Direct Liquid Cooling solutions, including passive cold plate loops, manifolds, and modular components. • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure seamless integration of products into overall cooling system designs and effective project execution. • Oversee the fabrication and testing of products, conduct experiments, collect data, and iterate designs to achieve desired thermal and mechanical performance. • Aid in conducting comprehensive reviews of designs and drawings produced by junior team members, providing feedback on designs and approving engineering drawings for manufacturing. • Develop detailed engineering documentation, reports, and articulate technical presentations to effectively communicate design concepts, testing outcomes, and recommendations. • Utilize CAD, Simulation tools and engineering principles to aid in Mechanical and Thermal design of cooling products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in thermal/mechanical engineering with a P.Eng designation or similar professional. • Highly proficiency in using CAD and simulation software (e.g. Solidworks, Celsius EC) to create detailed mechanical designs & drawings and predict & optimize performance. • Solid understanding of fluid dynamic principles, especially as they relate to heat transfer and fluid flow in cooling systems. • Proven ability to design components for mass production using a variety of different manufacturing methods and engineering principles (Statistical tolerance analysis, GD&T, FMEA, DFM & DFA)
