📋 Description

• Lead industrial automation initiatives across manufacturing plants in LATAM. • Drive robotics, machine vision, and smart manufacturing projects. • Support implementation, commissioning, and deployment of automation technologies. • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support for manufacturing operations. • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure standardization and scalability. • Support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in industrial automation and manufacturing projects. • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and manufacturing control systems. • Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (FANUC, ABB, or similar platforms). • Proven experience supporting automation implementation and deployment projects. • Exposure to Smart Manufacturing, Digitalization, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is highly desirable. • Advanced English proficiency. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Availability to travel up to 70% across LATAM and the United States. • Valid U.S. Visa required.
