📋 Description

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L and cash flow. • Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations for senior leadership, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations. • Analyze financial results versus plan, forecast, and prior year, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, including company-wide consolidation. • Manage cash flow forecasting and maintain financial models to support liquidity and capital allocation decisions. • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure accurate, aligned reporting. • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support executive decision-making. • Drive process improvements and ensure strong internal controls and data integrity across financial reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Reporting. • Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced analytical and financial modeling skills. • Experience preparing content for executive leadership and Boards of Directors. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage deadlines. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership. • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or similar consolidation/reporting systems).
