📋 Description

• Deliver coaching, training, analysis, and project leadership for Equipment Ownership, including 6S, Equipment Center-lining, and Autonomous Maintenance • Deliver coaching, training, analysis, and project leadership in Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, Stores and Spares Optimization, Equipment Classification, and CMMS • Manage delivery and execution of the Master Deployment Plan for capability building and implementation across the organization • Partner with Division, Function, and Site leaders to coordinate, develop, implement, and track EFO and Master Plans • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to direct reports • Manage the collective EFO teams’ schedule to ensure adequate support for sites and regional stakeholders • Develop an overall understanding of PEAK and how EFO links with other PACS • Facilitate meetings, kaizen events, and workshops to solve urgent business needs • Track EFO success measures tied to lagging performance measures • Teach, mentor, and coach Divisional, Functional, and Site leaders on applying roadmaps and tools • Manage balanced performance measures across Quality, Productivity, Cost, Service, Safety, and People • Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual deployment strategies, plans, and tactics for EFO • Drive development and direction of the overall EFO strategy • Track PEAK EFO system performance and develop communication tools and processes for supply chain leadership • Align EFO initiatives with the Strategic Plan and PEAK implementation strategy • Build capability and deploy systems to optimize value streams and work processes • Build resident PACS teams, systems, and leaders linked to corporate strategy • Link PACS work groups to prioritized business opportunities • Select, coach, and train champions • Teach and support teams in using problem-solving and tracking tools • Perform regular and periodic validation • Provide guidance and alignment in support of the LATAM PEAK Agenda • Build capability of internal resources needed to deliver critical initiatives • Provide analytics and business intelligence for project selection, root-cause analysis, and project validation • Develop training sessions for COE teams to build EFO capabilities and understanding • Support strategy and direction for EFO PACS through content development • Ensure PEAK work impacts results and culture change through capability building, engagement measures, and links between activities, losses, and business needs • Report to the Sr Mgr, Automation Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar • Experience in Maintenance and Technical Operations • Strategic and tactical TPM or Maintenance Excellence Sigma experience • Experience leading cross-functional projects and timelines • Experience working in an organization with a Continuous Improvement methodology (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma), with a focus on Policy Deployment, Goal Alignment, Education & Training, etc. • Experience with maintenance routines – Plan, execution, feedback • Advanced English • Ability to motivate, develop people, communicate, listen and perceive • Ability to work seamlessly from the Manager level to the shop floor • Open-minded and able to learn from others • High credibility towards all employees • Willingness to accept change and ability to lead change • Excellent analytical, influence, and communication skills • Creative and flexible to support development of innovative solutions • Well organized and proper time management • Strong character and leadership characteristics • Willingness to travel 50% to various sites across LATAM and North America
