📋 Description

• Assist customers using HostGator products and services via chat or email (tickets), providing support for questions and helping with issues they encounter.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service (experience with chat support is a major plus) • Empathy as a personal value and a genuine interest in customer service • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Interest in learning more about the technology field • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure • Willingness to learn • Organized and execution-focused.
