📋 Description

• Discover opportunities and deliver solutions in collaboration with Design, Engineering and Business teams • Deeply understand the different customer profiles by analyzing data and behaviors to improve our products • Define and prioritize the product roadmap together with the team, ensuring strategic alignment • Write user stories and participate in product development, ensuring clarity in the backlog and acceptance criteria • Conduct market and competitor research, contributing strategic insights • Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure expected results are achieved • Lead workshops and ideation sessions, such as mapping customer journeys and prototyping solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience working with digital products — experience in the Hosting segment is a plus • Results-driven: you measure and optimize the impact of your initiatives • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple areas, especially with Design and Engineering teams • Knowledge of agile development and a mindset focused on continuous improvement • Analytical capability: experience gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making • Advanced English.
