📋 Description
• Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function end-to-end • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders • Identify process gaps and opportunities within the Brazil hiring landscape • Use analytics to influence decisions • Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives • Drive local employer branding efforts • Enhance recruitment operations by optimizing tools, workflows, and data accuracy within Workday • Recruit across multiple regions when needed
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a global organization • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with experience hiring in multiple regions • Strategic and analytical mindset — comfortable using data, KPIs, and market insights to inform hiring strategies • Creative and innovative — able to develop compelling employer branding campaigns and recruitment content • Strong stakeholder management skills • Independent and resourceful — thrives in ambiguity, proactively solves problems • Bilingual in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, including sourcing strategies, hiring practices, and local employment trends • Collaborative mindset — able to work across global teams while owning regional processes
