📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales positions including Outbound Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership roles • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies • Conduct phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate fit, sales skills, and culture alignment • Manage high-volume pipelines with 20–40+ active candidates at various stages simultaneously • Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines • Negotiate offers and close candidates by selling the mission, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation • Track metrics and report on recruiting performance including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness • Enhance candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process • Build talent pools and market intelligence for strategic, proactive hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written & spoken English (Required) • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring (Required) • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive markets • Strong sales acumen — you understand what makes a great salesperson and can identify it in interviews • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms (BambooHR or similar), and Boolean search (Required) • High energy and resilience — you thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle rejection • Excellent stakeholder management — you can influence hiring managers and provide consultative guidance • Willingness to work U.S. hours (Traditional 8am–5pm US/AZ time zone) • Reliable home office setup (stable internet, computer, webcam, headset)
