• Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency) • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries • Strong customer service background and phone communication skills • Ability to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand • Previous demonstrated success in sales. • Background in high-volume phone-based environments such as call centers or client intake. • Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
