📋 Description
• Act as the primary architect for global equity-related functions • Serve as the vital bridge between Finance, Legal, and HR • Oversee end-to-end management of equity awards • Manage Section 83(b) elections and coordinate annual 409A valuations • Lead administrator for Shareworks, maintaining high-standard SOX controls • Design and deliver engaging communications to demystify equity compensation
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in equity accounting and administration • Background in both private and public company environments • Self-motivated professional who excels at working independently • Leading high-impact projects without the need for direct reports • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Meticulous approach to global reconciliations and root-cause analysis • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent professional experience)
