📋 Description

• Own high-value technical evaluations for new enterprise prospects across DACH and Eastern Europe • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to guide technical sales strategies and acquire new logos • Lead technical discovery sessions and architectural workshops • Deliver tailored Proof of Value/Proof of Concept presentations • Craft responses to RFX/RFIs and help displace legacy competitors • Build trusted relationships with prospective enterprise accounts • Champion new product capabilities for greenfield prospects • Channel structured field feedback to Product Managers and Engineering leads • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Partner teams, and Customer Success through complex enterprise acquisition cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of leading and managing large, complex enterprise pre-sales engagements focused on new logo acquisition • Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines • Foundational understanding of user experience, cloud applications, infrastructure, networks, data, and security • Strong grasp of telemetry, insight, and data for decision-making • Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders • Professional proficiency, written and spoken, in German and English • Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work • Ability to complete a criminal background check • Ability to pass an export compliance assessment if required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field (bonus point, not required) • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools across infrastructure, application/APM, network, or digital experience monitoring (bonus point) • Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile architectures (bonus point) • Based in or around Munich, Germany (bonus point)
