📋 Description

• Design, build, and continuously improve foundational and advanced training curricula covering Claude, the Anthropic API and developer platform, prompting best practices, and integration patterns • Develop slide decks, hands-on labs, quick-reference guides, certification assessments, and recorded content • Structure content using instructional design principles to drive retention and behavior change • Keep curricula current as Anthropic releases new Claude models and platform capabilities • Deliver live virtual and in-person training to internal delivery teams, partners, and clients • Tailor enablement to business users, developers, and solution architects • Demo Claude capabilities, APIs, prompting techniques, and integration patterns; answer technical questions • Provide office hours and follow-up technical support • Own and evolve NewRocket’s internal Anthropic certification program • Design assessments measuring applied competency • Track certification status, completion rates, and training effectiveness; report to practice leadership • Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to identify enablement gaps • Gather learner feedback and iterate on content • Travel as needed to client sites, offsites, and events, estimated up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role • Strong technical foundation with APIs and integrations • Hands-on experience with Claude or comparable LLM platforms sufficient to teach and troubleshoot • Experience designing and delivering tiered 101 and 201 training curricula for mixed technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in virtual and in-person formats • Strong instructional design skills • Anthropic Certified Trainer credential, or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment • Clear, structured written and verbal communication • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
