• Handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and phone • Ticket handling in Gorgias • Supporting order processes, returns, vendor management, and daily operations • Working in Shopify and performing basic e‑commerce process tasks • Passing customer feedback on for process optimization • Digital collaboration via Slack, Google Workspace, and other tools • Friendly and professional phone manner
• Fluent, accent-free German • Confident user of Gorgias • Good knowledge of Shopify • Basic understanding of e‑commerce workflows such as orders, returns, and payments • Experience working with SAP • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Technical aptitude and routine working with digital systems • Understanding of common customer service KPIs such as response times and customer satisfaction
• Full-time, 40 hours per week • Flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 German time • Fully remote (home office)
