• You assist customers with inquiries about orders, payments, deliveries, and general concerns • You use customer feedback to help develop new ideas to continuously improve the customer experience
• Excellent German skills, both written and spoken • Experience in customer service or handling email inquiries • Communicative and courteous • Technically proficient • Valid work permit for Turkey • Own computer or laptop available (at least for the first 2 months)
