📋 Description

• You will focus on building your team and are responsible for the growth of our newest location in Ulm‑Söflingen. • You will develop your team members individually within NewTec’s culture of potential development. • You will actively contribute to projects in your area of expertise and share your knowledge with your colleagues. • You will participate in sales activities and in the ongoing management of customer relationships to increase our visibility, e.g., new customer acquisition, competitor monitoring, attending conferences and networking events. • Through targeted business development measures, you will identify and develop strategic business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a completed technical or scientific university degree or can demonstrate an equivalent qualification. • You bring several years of professional experience in software or system development (C / Python / software architecture) and contribute your expertise effectively. • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a leadership role and are motivated to invest your energy in team leadership and in building and developing a software team. • You are familiar with the fundamentals of project and subproject management and, thanks to your communicative working style, collaborate effectively with a variety of NewTec stakeholders. • You distinguish yourself through very good market knowledge of embedded systems and through knowledge of industries and related safety standards from the automotive or industrial sectors. • You are flexible and willing to travel for customer visits and business trips within Germany, Austria and Switzerland (predominantly one‑day customer visits and occasionally multi‑day business trips per year). • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
