• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring consistent communication and customer satisfaction. • Manage day-to-day account activities, including order tracking, status updates, and coordination with internal departments. • Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expand NWD’s footprint. • Accurately forecast bookings events and value. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsive support. • Support proposal development, quoting, and contract coordination in partnership with Sales and Program Management. • Maintain a deep understanding of NWD’s product portfolio, capabilities, and competitive landscape. • Coordinate technical meetings and discussions between customers and NWD engineering teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions. • Monitor program and project status to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within the CRM system (Salesforce). • Participate in customer visits, reviews, trade shows, and industry events as required. • Other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field • 2-4 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or customer relations within the Aerospace and Defense or high-technology sectors • Strong understanding of technical sales processes; familiarity with embedded computing systems or FPGA-based hardware preferred • Demonstrated success managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction • Willingness to travel <50% for customer meetings or events • Physical Parameters: Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds • Must have finger and wrist dexterity with repetitive motion • Due to the type of work at our facilities and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be of a "U.S. Person".
