📋 Description
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies. • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. • Oversee benefits programs, training and development initiatives. • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives. • Assist in QuickBooks' entries on a weekly basis.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources Manager role. • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing comprehensive HR programs and processes. • Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment legislation. • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR information systems, particularly Bamboo HR.
