📋 Description

• Support Acquirers and PSPs with operational inquiries and issue resolution • Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel • Provide input on process improvements and operational efficiencies • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Take ownership of tasks and work independently • Maintain high service quality and compliance standards • Provide specialized customer support and operational services for Acquirers, PSPs, banks, and payment industry partners across the Nordic region

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Danish and English • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality • Experience in customer service, operations, payments, banking, fintech, or a related environment is an advantage • Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to make sound decisions based on available information • Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high-pressure situations • Experience with Acquirers, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks, or other financial institutions is a bonus • Understanding of card payment flows and transaction processing is a bonus • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies is a bonus
