📋 Description

• Drive the development and optimization of commercial processes • Ensure that workflows are efficient, scalable, and of high quality • Influence customer satisfaction and the company’s strategic direction • Collaborate with operational teams and management

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in process management, project management, or a comparable field • Ideally experience in Commercial functions • IT-savvy with experience implementing new software solutions • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and ARIS) • Strong communication skills • Independent and responsible working style • Analytical and strategic thinking in complex projects • Business-fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
