📋 Description

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of technical building systems • Assessing and optimizing maintenance measures • Budget responsibility • Maintaining site documentation and managing subcontractors • Point of contact for our clients • Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards and occupational safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations/Energy/Building/Electrical or Supply Engineering OR a technical vocational qualification, e.g., HVAC/installation mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK) or electrical technician • Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience • Effective day-to-day organization combined with flexibility • Service- and solution-oriented mindset • Appreciative and development-oriented leadership of staff • Confident user of MS Office • Very good German language skills, written and spoken (C1) • Valid driver's license (Class B)
