• Develop, deploy and maintain HL7-based integration solutions • Support complex integration projects focusing on data exchange and interoperability • Configure and deploy HL7 v2 interfaces • Perform HL7 message parsing, validation, and transformation with supervision • Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of interface issues • Assist in design and architecture of integration solutions • Engage clients to understand requirements and provide technical support • Support interface testing efforts, including unit testing • Document integration workflows and support ticket resolution • Contribute to knowledge sharing and support peer development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience with HL7 v2 and healthcare data integration • Hands-on work with Mirth Connect • Expert knowledge of HL7 message structures (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.) • Familiarity with SQL for data transformations • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security basics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
