• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., delivery manager, scrum master, project manager, product owner) or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Experience collaborating with or managing fully remote teams. • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. • Experience leading teams without formal authority and fostering accountability. • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to clearly communicate requirements and scope. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Passion for education and experience working in an educational or product-driven environment. • Proficiency in Agile and other development or project management frameworks. • Experience coaching Agile teams and improving team maturity beyond basic facilitation. • Experience fostering psychologically safe, high-performing team environments. • Strong understanding of delivery metrics and experience using data to drive continuous improvement. • Ability to manage the full lifecycle of delivery risks, from identification through resolution. • Experience working across teams to manage dependencies and optimize system-level delivery outcomes. • Experience working with software development teams and Agile SDLC processes.
