• Develop and execute global growth strategies for Nextpower’s tools and services portfolio • Drive and close new business opportunities • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closure • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers • Translate customer operational challenges into differentiated service and tools solutions • Maintain strong market intelligence on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging customer needs • Collaborate cross-functionally to define new service offerings, pricing models, and scalable commercial processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a sales or business development role within a global company • Proven ability to manage complex sales • Strong negotiation and contract management skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • High proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems • Ability to travel 25% of the time
