📋 Description

• As Key Account Manager, you take responsibility for our most important clients. • Your focus is on maintaining and developing existing client relationships as well as expanding new business opportunities. • You are responsible for partner management projects and primarily work with warm leads. • You manage projects across all phases of the sales process — from proposal preparation to contract negotiation. • You develop tailored solutions and thereby make a significant contribution to revenue growth and business development. • You acquire new customers in collaboration with the sales teams of our top partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into successful business deals • Technical affinity, motivation to understand our software, and strong presentation skills • Confident interaction with C-level executives and experience navigating complex decision-making processes • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style, persistence, and strong closing ability • Meticulous project documentation and a talent for presenting information clearly and understandably • Excellent German (at least C1) and English (at least B2) skills, and willingness to travel across Germany
