📋 Description

• Lead all technology due diligence activities for acquisitions and divestitures • Oversee execution of Day 1 and Day 2 technology integration activities • Manage identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure transitions • Ensure business continuity and minimal disruption during integrations • Establish and maintain standardized integration playbooks and processes • Lead enterprise infrastructure operations, including: Cloud, network, and identity services • Partner with business leaders to assess and rationalize technology platforms • Oversee all technology aspects of real estate initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership • Demonstrated experience leading M&A technology due diligence and integrations • Experience supporting multi-site organizations and complex real estate environments • Strong vendor management and contract optimization experience • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred) • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and modern workplace technologies (preferred)
