📋 Description

• Pilotage et la coordination de l’ensemble des activités de gestion locative d’un portefeuille d’actifs commerciaux • Management et pilotage d’équipe • Garantir la bonne exécution des baux commerciaux : respect des obligations contractuelles, suivi des échéances et conformité juridique • Superviser la facturation, le recouvrement et les régularisations financières • Gérer les situations complexes (contentieux, renégociations, arbitrages entre bailleurs et locataires) • Analyser la performance financière du portefeuille et proposer des leviers d’optimisation • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des propriétaires, investisseurs, et asset managers

🎯 Requirements

• Formation supérieure Bac+4 /5 en immobilier, droit, gestion ou finance (type Master Droit Immobilier, ICH, ESPI, etc.) • Expérience confirmée (5 à 10 ans minimum) en gestion immobilière d’actifs commerciaux, une expérience managériale est bienvenue. • Solides connaissances en gestion budgétaire, contentieuse et si possible en copropriété. • Une expérience en environnement multi-actifs et multi-mandants constitue un atout. • Excellente maîtrise du droit immobilier, du droit des baux commerciaux et de la comptabilité immobilière • Compétences confirmées en gestion d’équipe, pilotage financier et reporting d’activité • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et des logiciels de gestion (type YARDI, Altaix, EVEN…)
