âą Lead the projects handled by the team, both for build (new development) and maintenance/operations (MCO) âą Manage and support the team: organization, activity tracking, skills development, performance reviews and objectives âą Participate in technical decisions and challenge architectural solutions âą Ensure tracking of the team's roadmap, resources and budget âą Provide regular reporting to management
đŻ Requirements
âą Engineering degree or equivalent âą Proven experience managing web software development projects (build and maintenance/operations) âą Initial successful experience in team management âą Good understanding of software architecture concerns âą Awareness of information systems security topics âą Desirable knowledge: MariaDB, PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, React, RabbitMQ, Redis, Apache, Nginx, GitHub Actions (CI)
