• Lead the creative vision for all B2C demand generation campaigns • Design and produce compelling visual assets including display ads, social creatives, and email templates • Own the content strategy for panelist recruitment • Write and direct copy across consumer-facing touchpoints • Manage the daily production of creative assets • Develop efficient workflows and asset management systems • Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation Manager to build a structured creative testing agenda • Analyze creative performance data and translate findings into actionable improvements • Ensure creative is built to perform and maintain consistency across consumer-facing touchpoints
• 6–9 years of experience in creative, content, or brand roles with a strong B2C and performance marketing focus • A dual skillset across creative design and content/copy • Proven ability to produce high volumes of creative content without losing quality • Strong understanding of digital and social channels • Experience working with and managing external agency partners and freelancers • A test-and-learn mindset with analytical fluency • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent • Strong working knowledge of AI tools • Expert-level written and verbal English communication skills • Highly collaborative with strong attention to detail and deadlines
