📋 Description

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in compliance with company plans and vision, and communicate them to interviewers • Organize workflow and ensure interviewers understand their duties and delegated tasks • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching • Travel outside the domicile town when needed • Receive complaints and resolve problems • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records • Relay information between upper management and interviewers • Prepare and submit performance reports • Hire and train new interviewers • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, taking disciplinary action when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 1 year of experience as Field Quality Control, Field Officer, or recruiter • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management • Knowledge of fieldwork concepts and survey methodologies • Strong analytical skills • Able to work independently and in a team • Own motorcycle • Able to communicate in English
