📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day execution of a large, dynamic client portfolio • Manage multiple digital campaigns in parallel from creation to final output • Help clients correctly implement and test Nielsen tags on digital advertising campaigns • Follow through on issue resolution and provide high-level support • Communicate solutions to build internal and external knowledge • Partner with analysts to ensure deliverables meet strict standards • Assist the Sales team in presenting technical solutions to stakeholders • Lead training sessions on the technical aspects of Nielsen products • Contribute to support materials, including implementation guides and FAQs • Navigate Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to ensure timely turnarounds and project success

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically • Strong understanding of Web/Internet technologies • Aptitude for quickly mastering new systems and processes • Creative thinking skills • Focus on client satisfaction and business-critical priority management • Proven ability to multitask and remain composed while managing multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment
