📋 Description

• Assess curriculum programs and evaluate course and program outcomes • Provide consultation and support services in curriculum strategies and modalities • Collaborate with college leadership to ensure curriculum delivery aligns with design and meets program outcomes • Assist with faculty training and ongoing development efforts • Use established principles of measurement theory for valid and reliable instruments • Lead and manage curriculum committees for continuous improvement • Participate in the development and review of academic policies to meet DoE and accreditation requirements • Serve as the curriculum liaison for accreditation

🎯 Requirements

• A master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Nursing Education, or a related field is required • A minimum of five years of experience in higher education, adult education, distance education, and blended learning is required • Demonstrated mastery of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required • Demonstrated a minimum of five years of project management and operational experience is strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to clearly and accurately communicate complex and technical information is required • Demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and measure outcomes is required • Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems is required, and experience with Instructure/Canvas is preferred
