📋 Description

• Own the review and reconciliation of individual branch P&Ls • Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and branch leadership to validate expenses, allocations, revenue, compensation, and other financial activity • Research and resolve discrepancies between expected and actual branch expenses • Create standardized processes for reviewing branch financials and identifying errors • Maintain documentation around expense allocations and financial assumptions • Develop monthly branch-level financial reporting covering revenue, expenses, payroll, cost per unit, revenue per unit, contribution margin, profitability, break-even production, budget versus actuals, and trends • Build dynamic financial models for branch profitability, new location pro formas, recruiting and hiring economics, compensation, headcount, forecasting, costs, marketing ROI, occupancy, margins, and profitability scenarios • Create scenario models to evaluate changes in production, staffing, compensation, expenses, and other variables • Analyze the financial impact of business decisions and identify profitability and resource-allocation opportunities • Determine break-even points, risks, and expected returns for investments or initiatives • Design and maintain executive dashboards and branch scorecards • Integrate financial and operational data from multiple systems to reduce manual reporting • Use AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting • Identify repetitive processes for automation and evaluate tools that improve reporting speed, accuracy, data quality, and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role • Strong understanding of P&Ls, general ledger activity, expense allocations, accruals, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, financial models, scenario analysis, pivot tables, and large datasets • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and demonstrated ability to use AI to improve analytical or reporting workflows • Experience combining and analyzing information from multiple data sources • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and non-financial leaders • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and challenge questionable data • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting multi-location, distributed, franchise, retail, or other organizations with branch- or unit-level financial reporting is highly preferred
