📋 Description

• Oversee incoming “App Submitted” emails and set up Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes • Review applications and documents received from clients • Order credit reports • Organize documents in Encompass • Correct obvious errors on client applications • Obtain correct Evidence of Insurance (EOI), Verification of Employment (VOE), and Homeowners Association (HOA) documents when requested by the Loan Team • Ensure that all order outs and other necessary documents are accurate • Maintain a tracker for all files and outstanding items

🎯 Requirements

• US Mortgage Industry Experience: Required • Order Out Experience: Required • Encompass Experience: Preferred • Familiarity with office applications • Proficient in communication • Team players who are resourceful and have a strong sense of urgency do very well in this role
