📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the Encompass LOS, including user setup, role-based permissions, and system configurations • Create, test, and deploy Encompass forms, business rules, fields, and automation to streamline loan processing • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Ellie Mae (ICE Mortgage Technology) support as needed • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies by configuring audit trails, reports, and compliance rules • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into loan pipeline, compliance, and operational efficiency • Partner with lending, operations, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver system solutions • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users on Encompass functionality and best practices • Participate in vendor evaluations and system improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Encompass Administrator or in a similar LOS administration role • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, compliance requirements, and workflow design • Hands-on experience configuring Encompass fields, business rules, input forms, milestones, and personas • Familiarity with Encompass SDK, APIs, or advanced customization is a plus • Proficiency in creating custom reports with Encompass reporting tools (e.g., Reporting Database, Excel, SQL) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across departments • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: Encompass Administrator Certification (ICE Mortgage Technology) or equivalent training • Preferred: Background in mortgage operations, underwriting, or compliance • Preferred: Experience with third-party Encompass integrations (e.g., credit, pricing engines, document management)
