• Obtain payment information from the Account Manager. • Confirm policy effective dates. • Bind policies for home, auto, umbrella, PAF, and other applicable lines. • Download RCEs, applications, policies/DEC pages, and invoices (when provided by the carrier). • Create invoices in EZLynx when the carrier does not provide one. • Prepare endorsement checklists for home, auto, or both as needed. • Upload all documents into EZLynx, create a signature envelope, and send applications and checklists to the customer for signatures. • Send auto ID cards, policy documents, receipts, and related materials to the customer. • For loan closings, send RCE, policy/DEC page, and invoice to the processing team, then upload the sent email to customer documents. • Monitor EZLynx for signed applications and endorsement checklists; follow up on missing documents. • Download signed applications and upload them to the carrier when required. • Track leads for the Account Manager (if applicable). • Update closing dates as needed and send revised policy documents to loan officers or processing teams.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella) • Experience with policy binding, endorsements, and documentation • Proficiency in EZLynx or similar CRM systems • Strong document management and organizational skills • Attention to detail in handling policy data and effective dates • Experience with invoicing and billing coordination • Ability to track, follow up, and manage pending requirements • Familiarity with loan closing and processing coordination • Strong communication and time management skills
