📋 Description

• Own the technical delivery of client engagements from discovery through project close • Shape solutions, contribute to scope and estimates, approve technical approaches, support team formation, and lead technical readiness • Drive delivery quality and make key technical tradeoff decisions • Communicate progress and risks to management and escalate scope or feasibility concerns early • Design and implement cloud solutions using Azure or AWS services • Develop full-stack systems using TypeScript and/or Python with frameworks including NextJS, FastAPI, and LangGraph • Configure CI/CD pipelines and work with caches, message queues, relational databases, and non-relational databases • Create resilient, secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, cross-functional teams, and customers • Explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in AI and software engineering • Lead by example across multiple teams; advise and facilitate team members • Kick off projects, take ownership of technical delivery, and lead teams to successful completion • Manage competing priorities across one or more projects • Assess, interview, and score candidates with the recruiting team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven software engineering expertise with TypeScript and/or Python across front end and back end • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure • Strong grasp of containerization, CI/CD, and API design • Ability to design and build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and other AI libraries or tools • Knowledge of RAG, agentic patterns, and workflow orchestration • Formal training in engineering disciplines is preferred • Understanding of AI SDLC • Experience leading small-sized teams • Familiarity with observability platforms such as DataDog or NewRelic • Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, accountability, adaptability, and team collaboration abilities
