📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable backend, full-stack, or platform features for our multimodal AI system (Agent VIC). • Implement and maintain data compliance controls: encryption, consent management, audit logging, data minimization, privacy-by-design, and adherence to GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and other relevant standards. • Build reliable integrations for voice AI, lead management, customer communication, and workflow automation. • Write clean, testable code and participate in architecture and code reviews. • Collaborate with product and AI teams to deliver secure, high-quality features that scale with our growing SMB customer base. • Proactively improve system reliability, performance, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or platform). • Strong understanding of data compliance and privacy proven experience implementing compliant solutions in SaaS, AI, fintech, healthtech, or regulated environments. • Proficiency in modern tech stacks (Node.js/Python/Go, cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure, databases, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes preferred). • Experience building production systems handling user data securely at scale. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working in a remote, startup environment. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
