📋 Description

• Own the technology vision for the organization. • Lead engineering and analytics teams, guiding the AI strategy. • Influence executive decision-making and identify technological opportunities. • Oversee all technology functions within the organization including software engineering and data initiatives. • Lead a growing team of engineers and technical professionals while shaping the future structure of the technology organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience. • Experience leading engineering organizations, technology departments, or software teams. • Previous experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, Head of Technology, or similar leadership role. • Strong experience within healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare operations, clinical platforms, EMR/EHR ecosystems, or related healthcare environments. • Proven experience implementing or leading AI, machine learning, generative AI, LLM, agentic AI, or intelligent automation initiatives. • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experience building and scaling technology teams. • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. • AI implementation within healthcare environments. • Healthcare analytics and data platforms. • Clinical workflow automation. • Remote and globally distributed teams. • Python-based development ecosystems.
