📋 Description

• Work inbound leads within SLA and convert them to booked demos • Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists • Personalise outreach at speed • Qualify prospects by buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline • Book, confirm, and protect demos • Reduce no-shows through reminders and pre-demo touches • Maintain accurate CRM records and disposition every lead • Feed objections, effective messaging, and converting segments back to the team • Use multichannel sequences across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn • Meet weekly activity and demos-held targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion • Comfortable with 60–80+ meaningful touches a day • Process-driven; experience working in cadences and maintaining CRM hygiene • Coachable and resilient • Native or professional proficiency in English required • Must reside in Europe • Application and CV must be submitted in English • Jewellery knowledge is not required • Sponsorship requirements for the country of residence may apply
