• NoGigiddy, a leading company in the on demand staffing and recruiting industry; hiring a remote Virtual Assistant to support team operations and gig workers. • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents. • Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines. • Coordinate and oversee virtual events, webinars, and training sessions. • Respond to emails and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases. • Manage and organize files and documents in both physical and digital formats. • Conduct research and gather information as directed. • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
