📋 Description

• As an Account Manager at No Isolation, you will be part of a rapidly scaling company expanding across multiple markets. • Drive sales and make a real difference in education and society. • Take full ownership of your region, focusing on municipalities, education authorities, and public institutions. • Identify, qualify, and engage with key stakeholders across public sector organisations. • Lead complex sales cycles with long-term value focus, often involving multiple decision-makers and budget cycles. • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with our growth goals. • Strengthen and grow strategic customer relationships to drive revenue and reduce churn. • Maintain accurate CRM reporting (HubSpot) and share forecasts and insights with leadership. • Provide structured customer feedback to improve product-market fit and inform development priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• You have extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS targeting C-level stakeholders. • You thrive on strategic, consultative selling, often involving multiple layers of stakeholders. • You’re driven, self-motivated, and structured – able to manage a region independently while contributing to the wider sales team. • You have experience selling to or working within the public sector, ideally with an existing network in municipalities or education. • You're fluent in German and comfortable working in English within an international team.
