📋 Description

• Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, consolidations, GAAP reporting) across our business units. • - Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls that meet GAAP, healthcare, and multiple business unit requirements. • - Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with accuracy and timeliness across multiple business units. • - Lead consolidations, intercompany transactions, and cost allocations across multiple business units. • - Support ERP implementations and system upgrades to optimize workflows and enable scalable reporting. • - Ensure GAAP compliance and readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and investor diligence. • - Build and mentor an accounting team with expertise in claims reconciliation, analytics revenue, and trust-banking operations. • - Serve as the accounting function’s primary leader, aligning financial operations with corporate strategy across all business units.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred). • - 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years leading multi-entity teams. • - Big 4 experience • - CPA or CMA strongly preferred • - Prior controller experience preferred • - Demonstrated experience in healthcare networks and financial services preferred. • - Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606 (rev rec), ASC 805 (acquisitions), and healthcare/trust compliance. • - Proven success scaling accounting operations in high-growth, regulated industries. • - Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). • - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across healthcare, technology, and financial services.
