📋 Description

• Engage in critical network and attack-related events for Akamai's managed security customers • Identify real-time cyber attacks • Strategize and deploy mitigations while neutralizing adverse impact to end users • Devise and engage mitigation strategies using Akamai products and platform • Perform advanced analysis to identify attacks and threats to customers' digital properties and/or business networks • Communicate with customers about challenges, mitigation updates, analysis, and results • Innovate around tooling development and product enhancement • Partner with other technical teams to detect and mitigate ongoing attacks

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience on Akamai Platform, networking, or Web application security • Knowledge of how the internet works, including DNS, HTTP, and IP protocols • Knowledge of common OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and their relationship to internet service compromises or attacks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
