📋 Description

• Identify, diagnose, and analyze developmental needs while partnering with stakeholders to design and execute impactful learning solutions • Assess organizational onboarding using targeted surveys and stakeholder feedback to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities • Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and learning resources • Host and moderate global live sessions, including new hire orientation programs, for internal corporate audiences • Liaise with Global Talent Development, HRBPs, and regional HR Ops to ensure solution delivery meets stakeholder needs • Deliver regular reporting and measure and track engagement effectiveness • Benchmark industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement using learning impact tools such as Performative • Refresh Akamai's holistic onboarding approach for all new hires

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of relevant experience and education in the HR/learning and talent development space • Ability to program manage end-to-end learning initiatives and programs • Excellent understanding of Microsoft and Google suite • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization • Comfortable with learning content design and best-practice L&D methodologies • Comfortability with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, etc. • Ability to influence in a diverse, global workforce through collaborative communication and consultative approach across all levels
