📋 Description

• Manage and execute multiple cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch and beyond • Develop collaborative program plans, coordinate activities, and drive timely execution against agreed outcomes • Identify, communicate, and track risks, dependencies, and strategic opportunities • Create and distribute program documentation, including status updates, milestones, presentations, and executive summaries • Lead program communications and maintain stakeholder alignment • Work with executive and management stakeholders across the Presales organization and wider enterprise • Turn strategic priorities into coordinated action

• Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to recognize patterns, connect related work, and translate ambiguity into action • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to communicate clearly and honestly with a range of stakeholders • Proven ability to build relationships and foster trust and credibility • Working knowledge of program management tools • Comfort learning new program management tools as required • Proactive approach to identifying connections, anticipating needs, and suggesting effective ways forward
