📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for tax technology needs • Manage tax requirements from inception through implementation • Partner with Tax, Controllership, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create designs, and oversee implementation end-to-end • Design tax structures for Oracle Cloud Fusion calculation processes, OneSource integration, and e-invoicing interfaces • Cover test scenarios, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare • Monitor upcoming country e-invoicing and tax reporting requirements and ensure timely implementation before statutory deadlines • Own tax reporting and analytics requirements, design dashboards, and validate tax data across Oracle, OneSource, and e-invoicing platforms • Identify and drive AI and automation opportunities in tax processes • Analyze, design, and enhance systems and processes to meet organizational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in BSA or functional consulting roles focused on tax technology or finance systems • Experience with OneSource or similar tax engines such as Vertex or Avalara, including determination processes and integration behavior • Oracle expertise in E-Business Suite or Cloud Fusion, including tax setup and its flow through AP and AR • Experience implementing an e-invoicing mandate end-to-end using Pagero, Basware, or a comparable platform • Expertise in US sales and use tax, with practical indirect tax experience (VAT or GST) across multiple regions • Expertise in e-invoicing, continuous transaction control models, and distinctions between clearance and post-audit regimes • Expertise in Agile software development, Oracle Cloud Fusion Tax configuration, AI-driven tax automation, and tools such as JIRA or Confluence
