📋 Description

• Bridge business and technology teams • Drive requirement clarity and contribute to successful product delivery • Gather requirements and create user stories • Manage stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications • Collaborate with engineering teams using knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, and system integrations • Use AI-powered tools to support documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements • Analyze business problems, identify solutions, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables • Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry • Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, user story creation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery practices • Experience creating and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications • Basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations, and related technology concepts • Practical experience using AI-powered tools for documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to analyze business problems, identify solutions, and translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment • Availability to work 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST
