📋 Description

• Prioritize and execute work with a specialized team of business analysts driving advanced quality initiatives • Lead IT projects moving data quality upstream • Nurture newer team members by providing guidance • Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams to define, document and share business requirements and expected impact • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define key specifications and business outcomes at the start of technical projects • Analyze, plan, design, document or recommend improvements to business and quality processes supporting client technology goals • Verify requirements have been met by approving and validating test results • Research client business objectives and data requirements to ensure developed products meet client needs • Communicate with clients about data-related discrepancies and other significant matters to obtain information and correct errors

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Managed care, Provider, Claims adjudication, Medicaid or Medicare • At least 2-3 years working experience in Managed care Module • 6+ years of business functional experience in one or more areas such as Eligibility, Claims, Provider • Strong SQL knowledge • Ability to write complex queries • Ability to gather requirements effectively • Ability to document requirements and confirm observations with business owners • Ability to perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements • Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel • Ability to create detailed and thorough design documents and test plans/execution for medium to large initiatives • Ability to research, analyze, validate and document business requirements
