📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders • Work closely with business users, technology teams, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Use SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and investigation of business requirements/issues • Leverage AI tools to improve requirement analysis, documentation, data analysis, process optimization, and BA productivity • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements • Support UAT, functional testing, defect analysis, and production issue investigation • Work with technical teams to understand APIs, data flows, integrations, and system dependencies • Perform data validation and ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain clear documentation of requirements, processes, changes, and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as an IT / Technical Business Analyst • Proficiency in SQL – ability to write queries and perform data analysis/validation • Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, productivity, or business problem-solving • Basic understanding of banking and financial services • Knowledge of Debit/Credit transactions and Payments • Good understanding of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and UAT • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams • Exposure to Intraday Liquidity (IDL) or liquidity management • Experience in banking payment systems • Knowledge of SWIFT / ISO 20022 / payment messages • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, or similar BA/project tools
