📋 Description

• Help the Recruiting team make data-informed decisions and improve hiring systems, processes, and reporting • Own analytical projects and translate recruiting data into actionable insights • Identify scalable ways to improve operational efficiency, visibility, and stakeholder experience • Use emerging AI tools and intelligent automation to improve recruiting insights, workflows, and decision-making • Report to the Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations • Build and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews, leading with AI • Analyze recruiting funnel, pipeline, capacity, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Translate stakeholder needs into requirements for process, reporting, and system enhancements • Establish data quality checks, documentation, and governance practices across recruiting systems • Independently manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and measurement • Present findings and recommendations to Recruiting leaders and key business partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, people analytics, business analysis, or a related function • AI-Native experience is required, including hands-on use of AI tools to improve analysis, automate workflows, and solve business problems • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and recruiting data • Experience with Greenhouse and Workday is preferred • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret trends, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions • Experience building reports or dashboards using spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, or similar technologies • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver against deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
